The wonderful world of a Gluten-Free vegetarian diet

Yesterday I had my tests for Coeliac (Celiac) Disease. I won't know the results for about four weeks. But I promised myself that regardless, I was going on a Gluten-Free diet. I know my body reacts badly to gluten - from my stomach cramps through to severe fatigue. So I'm gluten free as of next week (I am using this week to eliminate gluten from my kitchen, and go shopping).

I'm also a vegetarian. I've been vegetarian for 20 of my 31 years. It's not something I'll give up lightly, but if anything has to go, it'd be the vegetarian diet, rather than the gluten-free diet. I don't think I can not be vegetarian.

So instead, I've created this blog. Here I'll document foods I eat, restaurants I find, links with recipes, menu plans for a week - all that stuff. Feel free to chime in with comments or suggestions at any time!
